DIRECTOR OF TRAINING – must be based in CINCINNATI, OHIO area/surrounding area

Position Summary:
The Training Director will oversee, develop and deliver various in-house training programs and initiatives. As new company policies, procedures, or initiatives are brought on, the Training Director will be an integral part in developing training presentations, implementing training, conducting training, and overseeing/managing all training initiatives.
This is a NEWLY created position, and due to continued growth, client sees a huge need to have training become more consistent and effective. The Training Director will be responsible for putting together a new “University” initiative/training program, researching & putting together training presentations, as well as managing the University program and it’s delivery. The Training Director will work with all levels of management to drive the Company;s overall learning culture. An exciting new position for the person who has a PASSION for training, and wants to create a winning Training program for this growing property management company.
Successful individuals MUST have ALL of the following qualities:

At least 3+ years of experience in training or training management.

Minimum of 3 years in the Property Management or Hospitality industry.

Must have bachelor’s degree.

Outstanding platform/presentation skills required.

Spanish speaking skills a plus, but not required.

- Director of Training must live in/around the Cincinnati, OHIO area.

- Travel is required. 40% travel is expected monthly. Currently, all properties are within a 5 state radius.
