ROCKSTAR Leasing Professional – Minneapolis
for a client. Emphasis on ROCKSTAR. If you can sell ice to an eskimo, we want to talk to you. Client is the holy grail for employers – you’ll be working for a large national property management company, at a brand new luxury property in Minneapolis with a GREAT work environment surrounded but an AWESOME team with strong, supportive leadership. The Leasing Professional shall execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. As this is a brand new construction property, the emphasis will be on leasing activities as the client leases up the property and stabilizes it.
Areas of Expertise:
We are looking for strong leasing/sales professionals with areas of expertise/experience in with:
Urban Expertise. Property is in Minneapolis. Candidates that have worked in the urban Minneapolis or Saint Paul areas & understand the urban market & urban demographics will have an edge.
High-End Luxury Property Expertise. Property is a brand new construction, high-end luxury property. Candidates that have experience with high-end luxury properties are highly desirable.
Lease-Up Experience. As this is an aggressive lease-up in a very competitive market, we seek a Leasing Professional that specializes in lease-ups.
Customer service. Client lives and breathes a culture of service, and expects the Leasing Professional to set an example. The client expects all employees to provide superior customer service and communication to its residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability.
Marketing. Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition. Design & execute creative marketing programs to create and drive traffic to the property. Expertise in implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools (Craigs List) FaceBook, e-mail, and other websites).
Those leasing/sales professionals with strong interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and high drive for success will be very successful in this position.
