The Resident/Community Manager shall manage, oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the operations of the property in successfully attaining the company’s operational and financial goals. The Resident/Community Manager reports to the Vice President.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Property Management experience. If you’re currently an Assistant Manager and want your own property, this would be great for you!
- Leasing or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter.
- Positive, high-energy personality.
