The Resident/Community Manager shall manage, oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the operations of the property in successfully attaining the company’s operational and financial goals. The Resident/Community Manager reports to the Vice President.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
Minimum of 2-5 years Property Management experience. If you’re currently a Property Manager at a 200+ unit property or have been a Property Manager at a lease-up property, we want to talk to you!
- Luxury Apartment Management experience
- Lease-up Experience
- Financial Acumen
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter.
- Positive, high-energy personality.
