Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager will assist the Community Manager to manage, oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the operations of the property in successfully attaining the company’s operational and financial goals. The Assistant Manager reports to the Community Manager depending on the structure of the region.
Successful individuals MUST have ALL of the following qualities:

Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service and/or experience managing a property at the Assistant Manager level.

Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Financially savvy.

Mission oriented.
