Join us in a New Moon Meditation, in our transcendent space: nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains, in the redwood forest, in front of a warm fire. The level of peace, calm & stillness you can achieve while immersed in nature will transform you.
A New Moon invites us to focus on new beginnings. It’s a good time to welcome new challenges, set new goals or ask for your heart’s desire. During a New Moon meditation, it is usual to set intentions and focus on how you will manifest these intentions during the coming month. A dark New Moon is a very intimate and powerful time, so check what you really want before you make your requests to the universe.
Our meditation will begin with a guided chakra balancing meditation before gently moving into a carefully curated sound journey with soothing effects where you can focus on meditating on your intentions. We will come together, to close, as a group, with a Tea ceremony.
Beginners through advanced meditators are welcome. Even if you think you can’t or think you’ve “been doing it wrong,” this meditation is for you. Our collective powers are amplified in group settings.
Because it is still cold in the mountains in April, we will not be communing in the Tipi. We will be meditating indoors, in our Living Room space, in front of a warm fire. We will have plenty of yoga mats, pillows, and blankets. However, feel free to bring your own. Bring a journal or something to write on, and a crystal or other important artifact for our alter. (Artifacts will be return to you.)
